If there is a problem with your order and you received the wrong item or believe it is defective please contact us at info@aistudios.la - We will gladly sort it out for you.

Once an item is shipped and a tracking number is given we are not responsible for lost or stolen items. Insurance is available through the carrier for an additional fee. Please contact us at info@aistudios.la if you would like to purchase insurance for your items.

All orders over $1000 require a signature for delivery.
